[モスクワ/キエフ８日ロイター] - ロシア国防省は８日、ロシア軍がウクライナ東部ドネツク州の西端に到達し、隣接するドニプロペトロウスク州を攻撃していると発表した。

ロシア国家安全保障会議副議長のメドベージェフ前大統領はドニプロペトロウスク州での攻撃は、ウクライナが和平交渉でロシアの領土拡大という現実を受け入れなければ、ロシア軍がさらに前進することを示していると述べた。

ロシアは７日、ウクライナが捕虜の交換と１万２０００人の兵士の遺体の返還を遅らせていると非難した。ウクライナは否定している。

ロシアは８日には国境に向けて遺体を移動させていると発表した。テレビではウクライナ兵の遺体を積んだ冷蔵トラックがブリャンスク州の道路を走行する様子が映っている。ロシア当局者はウクライナが死者を政治利用していると非難した。

ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は、捕虜交換を進めると表明した。

ビデオ演説で「われわれは捕虜交換が継続されると信じており、そのために全力を尽くす。ロシアが人道的な問題でさえも、合意を守らないのであれば、米国による協議や外交を含むあらゆる国際的な努力に大きな疑問を投げかけることになる」と述べた。
