[キーウ８日ロイター] - ロシアによる３日間の停戦宣言が８日発効したが、ウクライナのシビハ外相はロシア軍は前線全域で攻撃を続けているとし、停戦を「茶番」と批判した

ウクライナの主要都市は静寂に包まれたが、当局によると北部スムイ州ではロシアの誘導爆弾によって５５歳の女性１人が死亡し、２人が負傷した。ウクライナ軍報道官は、ロシアが東部戦線のいくつかの地域で攻撃を続けていると明らかにした。

ロイターはこれらの攻撃情報を独自に確認することができなかった。

ウクライナ空軍によると、現地時間午前８時（日本時間午後２時）時点で領空内におけるロシアのミサイル・無人機（ドローン）攻撃は記録されていない。

一方、ウクライナはロシアの停戦宣言に応じるとは約束しておらず、戦争を終わらせたいという印象を与えるためのロシアのプーチン大統領の策略だと指摘している。
