ブラックストーン、ＴｉｋＴｏｋ米事業投資目指す企業連合から離脱

[１８日ロイター] - 米プライベートエクイティ（ＰＥ）大手ブラックストーン(BX.N), opens new tabが、中国系動画投稿アプリ「ＴｉｋＴｏｋ（ティックトック）」の米事業への投資を目指すコンソーシアム（企業連合）から離脱したと、関係者が１８日にロイターに明らかにした。

ＴｉｋＴｏｋの米事業を巡っては売却期限が何度も延期され、不透明感が増している。

ブラックストーンは、トランプ大統領が提案した取引で、ＴｉｋＴｏｋの米事業の少数株を取得する予定だった。ＴｉｋＴｏｋの親会社である字節跳動（バイトダンス）の既存投資家、サスケハナ・インターナショナル・グループとゼネラル・アトランティックが主導するコンソーシアムは、米国の投資家がＴｉｋＴｏｋの株式８０％を保有し、バイトダンスが少数株を維持するという取引の最有力候補として浮上していた。

ブラックストーンはコメントを控えた。ＴｉｋＴｏｋはコメント要請にすぐに応じなかった。

トランプ氏は先月、バイトダンスがＴｉｋＴｏｋの米事業を売却する期限を新たに９０日延長した。期限の延長は３回目で、新たな期限は９月半ばとなる。
