オープンＡＩ、株式売り出し検討評価額5000億ドル＝関係筋

［５日　ロイター］ - 対話型人工知能（ＡＩ）「チャットＧＰＴ」を手がける米オープンＡＩは、現従業員と元従業員が保有株式を売却できる売り出しの可能性について初期段階の協議を行っていると、関係者が５日明らかにした。評価額は約５０００億ドルになる見通しという。

関係者によると、同社は売り出しを通じて数十億ドルの調達を目指しており、スライブ・キャピタルなど既存投資家が一部株式の購入に関心を示し協議している。

スライブ・キャピタルはコメントを控えた。

一方、オープンＡＩはソフトバンクグループ(9984.T), opens new tabが主導する４００億ドルの資金調達も進めている。この資金調達ラウンドでは、評価額は３０００億ドルとされた。

メタ・プラットフォームズ(META.O), opens new tabなどのテクノロジー大手が高額な報酬パッケージでＡＩ開発者の獲得競争を繰り広げる中、株式売り出しは従業員に金銭的なインセンティブを与えることになる。
