スペースＸ「スターシップ」、打ち上げ延期地上システムに問題

[２４日ロイター] - 実業家イーロン・マスク氏が率いる米宇宙企業スペースXは２４日、「地上システムの問題」でテキサス州から巨大ロケット「スターシップ」を打ち上げる１０回目のミッションを延期した。

高さ７０．７メートルのブースター「スーパーヘビー」と上段の高さ５２メートルのスターシップは、米東部時間午後７時３５分（日本時間２５日午前８時３５分）に打ち上げ予定だった。しかし予定時刻のおよそ３０分前にスペースＸはＸで、地上システムの問題を解決する時間を確保するため打ち上げを一時延期すると発表した。

マスク氏は打ち上げに先立ちスターシップの開発状況について最新情報を提供する予定だったが、ライブ配信も中止された。

過去には同様の延期が数日で解決されたことがある。スペースＸのウェブサイトによると、現在スターシップの次回の打ち上げは、早ければ２５日を目標としている。

スターシップを巡っては、今年に入ってから初期のテストフライトで２回失敗し、９回目のフライトでも宇宙空間で失敗している。
