トランプ氏が就任100日演説、経済政策の成果誇示懸念払拭図る

[ウォーレン（米ミシガン州）２９日ロイター] - トランプ米大統領は２９日、２期目就任１００日に合わせてミシガン州で演説し、経済政策の成果をアピールした。貿易などを巡る同氏の強硬姿勢に国民が懐疑的な見方を強める中、懸念払拭を図った。

トランプ氏はデトロイト郊外ウォーレンで開いた集会で、貿易相手国に関税を課す措置が国内製造業の復活につながる可能性があると訴えた。

２０１７─２１年の第１次政権について「米国史上最高の経済だった」とし、「われわれは素晴らしい成果を上げた。今はさらに良い状況だ」と主張した。

議会に対し減税法案を成立させるよう求め、「今後数週間、数カ月で米国史上最大の減税を実現する。これにはチップや社会保障給付、残業代への非課税措置が含まれる」と述べた。

また、米連邦準備理事会（ＦＲＢ）のパウエル議長について、良い仕事をしていないと改めて批判した。

関税措置を巡っては、ミシガン州にとって経済的な命綱だと主張。「私の対中関税により、世界史上最大の雇用窃盗に終止符が打たれる」とし、「中国はどの国よりも多くの雇用をわれわれから奪ってきた」と述べた。

一方で、中国との貿易協定は実現するとの見方を示し、「公正な取引になる」と強調した。

「黄金時代」と書かれた横断幕の前で演説したトランプ氏は、政権による不法移民取り締まりの成果を強調した動画も流した。

バイデン前大統領を含む民主党に対する激しい批判も展開した。

州兵基地で先に行った演説では、政権の防衛投資を誇示し、「１兆ドルの記録的な国防投資を支持する」と述べた。

また、州空軍セルフリッジ基地が「Ｆ１５Ｘ」２１機を受領すると発表。同州のウィットマー知事（民主党）は声明で、これは基地の任務を確保するもので、雇用を守る「ミシガン州にとって超党派の大きな勝利」だと指摘した。
